Villa Praia is a modern and elegant villa, perfect for those seeking comfort, privacy, and a privileged location in São Rafael, just a few steps from the beach. With spacious interiors and a welcoming atmosphere, it is ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends.



The living room is spacious and bright, featuring comfortable sofas, a dining area, and windows that offer a stunning sea view. On the ground floor, there are two cozy bedrooms, both with twin beds that can be converted into double beds. On the first floor, there are two additional en-suite bedrooms, also flexible in layout, with access to terraces that provide magnificent sea views.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the convenience for those who enjoy cooking at home.

Outside, the terrace includes a private heated pool (additional cost), perfect for relaxing under the sun. There is also a barbecue area with outdoor dining space and a jacuzzi (additional cost) inviting you to moments of pure relaxation.



Located in a quiet area, just a 2-minute walk from São Rafael Beach, this villa is only a 5-minute drive from the center of Albufeira, close to bars, restaurants, and golf courses.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

However, it is possible to accept 4 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.
