There is a single sofa bed in one of the rooms with single beds and there is also a second sofa bed available in the living room.



LIVING ROOM: Spacious living and dining area, equipped with television, fireplace, internet access (WiFi) for relaxing moments with family or friends.



BATHROOMS: 4 bathrooms in total - 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub - ensuring comfort for all guests.



KITCHEN: Independent kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer and all necessary utensils to prepare meals with comfort.



EXTERIOR: The property offers an extensive private fenced garden, ensuring privacy and security. It features a private swimming pool, garden furniture, outdoor dining area, terrace and barbecue — ideal for making the most of the Algarve's sunny days.

Note:

Our property requires a deposit of 500 €. Close to the check-in date, a request is sent to block the deposit on a credit card.



According to the municipal regulation, each guest shall pay a tourist tax of two euros between 01 April and 31 October and will be charged up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The value of the tourist tax is not included in the reservation value.
