Leaving the deck you will find the heated private pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3°C to 5°C higher than an unheated pool. The Artesian Spas hot tub with hydrotherapy jets or you can enjoy family games in the private garden.



All the famous beaches and the old town of Albufeira are just 2 minutes by taxi or 20-30 minutes on foot from the villa.



A modern kitchen with complete appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, allows you to make the most of the indoor or outdoor dining areas, whether for a morning coffee or an outdoor meal. The outdoor deck is the perfect place to enjoy summer evenings and, if you are celebrating a special occasion, we can even hire a private chef to make your evening unforgettable!

The upper floor leads to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and garden views and a bedroom with 2 single beds with another full en-suite bathroom, which also leads to a terrace and patio with a hot tub by designer Artesian Spas, with capacity for 5 to 6 people - perfect for sunbathing or refreshing and relaxing at night.



Municipal Tourist Tax

Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.
