"Wonderful hotel in great neighborhood. Close to sights but didn’t feel overly touristy"

"Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, „cottage style“"

"AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel."

"Loud humming noise coming from a ventilation"

"Great staff"

"Great hotel in a handy location for the metro and landmarks. Very well maintained and would highly recommend staying"

"Staff are friendly. Rooms are always clean. Lobby is nice for small gatherings and meeting place for friendly visit or business meeting. Bar is excellent."

We reported the issue and were told that a plumber would come to check it, but unfortunately, no one came during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also assisted us in finding a parking spot, which was much appreciated, as the hotel’s parking tends to be full, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and...
