"Incredible central location in Brussels. Just needs a better bed, comfier pillows, and a better coffee machine to be perfect!"

"Great location"

"Very nice hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained, with high-quality amenities and an excellent location. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated their restaurant recommendations, which perfectly matched our tastes and led us to some excellent dining experiences with outstanding food quality. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return on...

"The room itself was wonderful for families. Plenty of room for a family of 4. I was really disappointed with the breakfast. We arrived at 630am on our final morning to the lights off in the kitchen but some hot food on the warmer. We were told the chef didnt arrive until 7am. The food on the warmer was dry and you could tell it was yesterday's leftovers, including the cut up fruit and veg. Location is wonderful. a short walk to the train station and cafes / restaurants."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive with all day service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Safe area, a bit of distance from the busier city center. Rooftop bar was chic and not super expensive. The breakfast was great but service could sometimes be slow. Overall a great stay for me and my adult siblings."
