Welcomed to the property with poo all over the steps so be careful.
Family room not family friendly - broken glass, loose cables, heater coming off the wall, window on the third floor that opens fully and can be very dangerous- we were in the family room so be careful. TV didn’t work, WiFi poor, boiling hot in the room. Messaged for help at 2pm when checking in...
"Very clean room and well equipped. Entry via keying in a code for street entry door and then room door - no staff on site, but available via telephone/messaging. Only convenience store nearby, so it is a walk to restaurants and bars etc. Close to Anglian cathedral and walking distance to town centre."
"Well I don't like to be negative only suggest what could be improved. The property was very secure, only accessible via keycode to obtain keys and fob entry. There was fresh clean bed linen and towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. Full kitchen and cooking utensils. The only downside the place could do with a full clean. Thick dust on picture frames, tile tops, surfaces and bathroom although sink and shower clean plug areas were not fresh and whole bathroom really could do with a good wipe...
"My stay was clean and comfortable although check-in seemed a bit haphazard. My room was a little bit cramped even for a single person although it was a double room. There was not enough room for wardrobes or drawers so I would suggest some shelves in the room and en suite would be useful. Location was very good for accessing cycle routes on the Wirral."

"The hotel area smelt of curry and beer with sticky floors, which was not a good start.
The person at reception was confused why I was there, then realised I was the last person they were expecting. When I did get a key, there was silence before I asked where the rooms were.
The bathroom smelt mouldy (which it was), the shower plumbing needed to be cleared as it was blocked, and the sink plug locked in place.
The steps down to the fire escape had 'stuff' stored on them and at ground level more...
