"Constant water leakage on bathroom floor they could not do anything about it."

"VERY BAD SERVICE. RUDE STAFF NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS. BROKEN TOILET SEAT NOT FIXED TILL LEFT. OVERALL IT'S BAD EXPERIENCE. "

"Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff are very, very friendly. Unfortunately, the shower head was terrible and after a long, sweaty day of walking, I was less than thrilled to use it.

"Highly Recommended! A Truly Memorable Stay! We had a wonderful and truly memorable stay at Riad Mazard in Fes! The riad is beautiful, with lovely artistic décor, a delicious breakfast, and an excellent location. But what truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of staff, and friendly and nice owner. The gentleman and lady who took care of us were absolutely amazing—thoughtful, attentive, and hardworking throughout our stay. One day, we had to leave very early for our Sahara...
