When I arrived there was construction next door so a lot of noise. There was no hot water and was fixed a couple of times. The internet kept dropping and it was not easy to stay.

Aguascalientes is the cleanest and safest place in Mexico. City is rich in culture and has historic churches, government buildings, homes, etc El Encino is a small section of the city that’s over 300 years old
