"Hospitality is truly at its best in India, and my stay at Novotel was a perfect example of that. The warmth and genuine smiles of the staff made the experience truly memorable. "I used to like staying in this hotel but the experience has been beyond horrible this time. The constant noise, calling front-desk and being promised it will stop — and now, 20 mins, prior to closure saying that the only option is to change the room —- feels really below acceptable.
At the very least you owe telling the guests as to how bad it is going to be before they book.
Very disappointed and a really bad experience. I hope your senior management sees this and does something to change...
