"Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use."

"Check-in took about 20 minutes due to new system. When we finally got to our room, it was a King sized bed instead of two Queens. We were too tired to complain. We booked three rooms two month ago and we were each on different floors, so that was disappointing. That said, the rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly. "

"Host (Tim) was very attentive and responded quickly. House is cozy. Plenty of room. A little cold the first day but there was an arctic blast moving through and once heat was increased it was very comfortable. Bath mats would be helpful on the tile floors. Great location and easy access to restaurants. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Tim!"
