"The space is great for a small group of friends or family! Perfect for my aunt and mom who are both seniors since it is on the first floor but still felt extremely safe, it was their first vrbo experience and they are completely sold on using vrbo over hotel rooms for future trips!"

"Bathroom and kitchen area lights were out, light mold in Bathroom near toliet and a odor from the toilet after flushing, rooftop grill was dirty and infested, but that's a building issue? minor repairs, but i would stay again "

"The apartment was perfect - very clean with everything that we could need. Parking was included, the location was perfect - close to everything, and the layout was nice. The beds were very comfortable and the outside porch was nice for morning coffee. I will definitely rent here again as my son now lives in Charlotte!"
