"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel. "The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the restaurant was excellent all around, and the welcoming by the staff was unprecedented. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. "Truly stunning apartment. Fantastic location - just off main-street so quiet but easy to get everywhere. Breakfast in room each day, very nice touch. We couldn't recommend more highly. Will def go back."

Before we could blink we were snuggled up in front of the fire mesmerised by the Swiss Alps drinking Champagne accompanied by freshly baked homemade treats. The lounge area interior design was warm, chic and mesmerising - everywhere you sit there is a view onto the...
