"I do not consider this hotel a Shangri-La hotel due to the lack of services like the lobby closing at 10:30 PM for the last call, the room serivce last call is 11 PM, lack of basic things in the lobby like danish pastry, croissant, and etc which is for all the International guests is the basic things you could find in any international hotel. All the best"

"The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all."

"كانت اقامه جدا رائعه وموقع الفندق جدا ممتاز والخدمه كذلك"

"Great place to stay, full of character and food options. Right next door to a beautiful garden. A few bakery's and places to eat around on the streets. A self service laundry also."

"Great breakfast, nice rooms and very kind staff!"

"Exactly how a 5 star hotel should be. From the room to service staff, everything was impeccable. The concierge are helpful and speaks good English."

"The design of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. The room is functional. We got a loft twin room. If you like taking steps, it is a nice choice to pick. Breakfast is good. Staff are great. Special shout out to Luna (san bai 三白). While we were touring the premises and chance upon the bar, she came forward to greet us and chat with us. Knowing we just check-in, she asked and offered to show us around. She was actually busy tending to the bar, upkeeping the bar cleaniness when there is no guest....

"The pool is under renovation. The breakfast is okay. Rooms a bit dated but clean. Location is a little out of the main happenings. The price does not reflect the quality."

"Nice hotel to stay. Only drawback is the area is a little further away from tourist attractions."

"Great property. Great staff and fabulous breakfast buffet. It offered a variety of very fresh food. Service was excellent. Location is next to a mall which was very convenient."
