I couldn't even get ice or ice water at the hotel, only at breakfast (because I got breakfast included) I was told it was hotel policy, well that policy sucks. "According to it’s service it should not have five stars; no room service after 11 p.m. though it should be 24 hrs. No one was answering in the reception, I was calling since 11:30. No drinking water in the room though there was a fridge in the room. "It was a nice hotel but its not five star inside the rooms. We had a pool suite and the bathroom especially had seen better days. The room felt very sterile no soft furnishings, pictures or plants to soften the large tiled areas. There wasn't anything about the suite that made it feel special to be honest. We were right on the end room 426 and the pool and terrace really didn't get any sun after 10am but that was luck of the draw. The cleaner walked in every day regardless of the do not disturb...
"Rooms not as described extremely misleading imagery on here and we tried two. Both were dirty handprints all over surfaces, rooms smelled of smoke, cracked sink, dirty bath, old beds the list goes on. We asked for another room then asked for our money back after being given a second similar room, refund of any kind was refused although expedia offered 100 euro of 1000 for 5 nights.

"Whilst room accommodation itself was decent, the private pool itself needed some attention, missing tiles, poor quality of finishing etc.. and so cold it was very uncomfortable to use, the main pool was the same extremely cold temperature, the sea was warmer.
