"We had the worst experience at this hotel. We reserved and paid in full six months in advance because we planned to meet our relatives from Ukraine and spend time around this area. When we arrived, the staff transferred our reservation to another hotel without our consent. They claimed due to electrical issue in the room. We believe it was because we paid at a lower price six months ago and the current price went up. They over booked and they decided to cancel ours so I they can offer our rooms...

"The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space. The pool was lovely. There are not too many guests, so there was more than enough room to sit and lounge in relative privacy. The staff were attentive and made excellent drinks. "We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned. The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful. We would not return."
