"Overall this was a very nice holiday. The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing with no issues over getting sunloungers, food or drinks. Drinks were nice and bed was very comfy. The range of activities was also wonderful (eg cocktail making classes). The spa was fantastic - well worth a visit. Staff were hit and miss. Some staff were fantastic such as neomi (entertainment team - she went above and beyond and just exuded good vibes) and harsh in reception. However, i witnessed a few incidents...

"Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. We would recommend going half board, the buffet dinners were delicious and well cooked. Quality of food and ingredients were excellent and included local fruits and other produce which we liked. Staff were always polite and ready on hand with useful information of what to do and see around the island. We played pickle...

"We loved this hotel. Wanted to visit Lanzarote but didn’t want a big resort The room was fine, the staff excellent and so charming and helpful especially Belfar , Michele and Livio. Belfar in particular went above and beyond and sorted us a private guided trip to Timanfaya etc at very little more than group tours . Thank you x Loved the quiet. Loved the pool. I have seen comments about lack of staff but for a 14 room hotel there were a good number of staff. Yes occasionally we had to wait but...
