They are welcoming, professional in their duties, ensuring that your stay is one to remember. Excellent communication from...

"Beautiful hotel in great location. Short walk to St. marks square and Doge’s palace but also to quiet streets for a break from the crowds. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"Breakfast was absolutely amazing! This hotel was exceptional. Service from the staff was over the top. If there is one piece of feedback, it would be nice if the indoor pool with jets was kept at a higher temperature. It is a great feature to have at the hotel, just a bit chilly."

"Housekeeping was great. Porters were great."
