"Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower, and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October...

"We had a deluxe villa with own pool. It was just a shame due to staying later in the season, we did not get the sun on our loungers and the pool was very cold. (Still tried it though!!) Suite was lovely, Breakfast was good, lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is close to main road, which was a bit annoying if sitting out. Overall though, could not fault the resort. However, walked along the nearest beach, and was very disappointed with the amount of rubbish and...

"The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The hotel is amazing, a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the beach. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was great lots to do there Water slides were amazing Children ate free in the afternoon Drinks are a bit pricey"

"BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER...

"We have just returned from our sixth stay, and once again we had such a wonderful time. From the delicious food and beautiful facilities to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our stay special. You can really feel that the entire team cares about making guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The only thing that didn’t cooperate this time was the weather, but despite that, we had an excellent and relaxing time. After visiting six times, I think that says...

"I had the immense pleasure of staying at Grecotel Lux*Me White for one week in mid-October, sharing a double room with two single beds with my 14-year-old son. To say this was quite possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in would be an understatement. Amazing staff, a great location just 15 minutes from Rethymno, and a complimentary daily shuttle bus departing the hotel at 11 am and returning to pick you up at 3 pm. What more could you ask for? The hotel amenities are exceptional, from...

"sehr schönes sauberes hotel, ultranettes personal. reichhaltiges frühstück. leider ist der innenpool zu kalt. für die sauna ist eine anmeldung erforderlich und kostet unglaubliche 20€ für 30 min!"

"We went out for my partners Birthday and they made it such a special week for her and myself! The room was amazing and the whole place is out of this world. Great staff, excellent entertainment and a really nice place to just relax and unwind. We couldn’t fault anything other than not being able to stay longer!! We’ve stayed in many places and this is by far the best! We will 100% be back and for longer this time so we can enjoy more of the teams great hospitality. Thank you for all you done...
