"Nice and friendly staff, I had the all inclusive package. I would suggest more waiters at the beach area. You could not have food at the beach as part of the all inclusive package. Only buffet lunch and dinner. For the à la Carte you get 25% off. The entertainment was good some nights. It’s a good city beach hotel."

The hotel manager personally walked us to the dining room on our first visit, and Nikos from one of the hotel’s impressive restaurants was absolutely amazing. The spa is also fantastic and even offers hairdressing services. Simply wow. If you’re visiting Crete, don’t miss the chance to stay at OROS. An unforgettable experience!"
