"Andaz Bali was beyond our expectations. The property is beautifully decorated according to Balinese culture which was very welcoming. But what made Andaz Bali stand out from other resorts around the world we have stayed out was the staff. There are not enough words to describe the staff. They are a wonderful example of what it feels like when you are coming home. From checking in, to staying poolside, or hanging out at the restaurants or lobby area. The staff was amazing. "From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcome. We booked tanah gajah for our honeymoon and wish we had stayed for longer than 4 nights! The hotel has so much to offer - a tethered hot air balloon (worth every penny), professional photographer, rice field paddy tour and kedac dance nights. The staff were all brilliant and we slept amazingly well. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ubud."
