"A great property in an amazing location! Room was clean, modern, and had the best view of any hotel I’ve stayed at in NYC. I took off one star because the check-in process was a nightmare and most of the staff I interacted with seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The waitress I felt with in the restaurant spent more time on her phone than she did actually helping out the customers. Other than that I loved the property and would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel space is nice. The wait for the elevator was outrageous. We waited easily for 15-20 minutes each time we needed to leave or return. The staff was unresponsive and unapologetic regarding this issue. I asked the concierge to help with reservations prior to arrival and she was unhelpful and neither communicated nor responded to my emails without several follow up emails asking for a status update. We waited for 30 minutes for the car and our luggage. The car returned to us dirty both...
