"Staff were so friendly, food was amazing and the villa was beautiful with everything we needed"

"Everything was perfect, particularly the staff"

"The room was big and it was clean. Had hot water for the shower. Enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful. The only problem that I had with the room was that it had that old musty smell to it. I was thinking because the hotel is so old that’s why it has that smell. I would stay here again."

"Die Hotelmanagerin ist ein wahrer Schatz, sie gibt alles damit man sich wohlfühlt und hat ehrliches Interesse. Das Servicepersonal ist perfekt geschult und sehr freundlich. "The room was cleaned daily, and the evening turndown service was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptional — every single member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly exceeded expectations. The spa was the best ever."

The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. Overpriced for the standard of the overall experience. To make the stay...
