"Clean room, lovely jacuzzi and a clean swimming pool. Suzana at the Oriental Restaurant provided exceptional service. She was particularly helpful and made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Suzana!"
"I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to...
"It is a good property and nice to be off the main drag. The rooms and furnishings are very nice, as is the breakfast and pool areas. The staff are friendly and generally very responsive. However there are some issues, mostly linked to the vistas of the rooms and the fitness centre having no cardio machines. The property is over 100m from the beach and the sea views are over a car park and or scrub land."
"The staff was amazing! The hotel top knotch, but will warn visitors. The boardwalk in front of hotel is loud with kids(18-25) yelling and partying all night into the morning… even at 4 AM."
"I recently stayed at OYA Beach Resort as a solo traveller and was really excited about my stay after reading so many fantastic reviews.
I upgraded to a sea-view room, but unfortunately, I was allocated a room with only a side sea view. This wasn’t quite what I had expected based on the photos advertised, so I think it’s worth clarifying exactly what type of sea view you’re booking.
Another small disappointment was the lack of a full-length mirror in the room. There was PLENTY of wall space for...
"Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October)."
