"Beautiful hotel, but falls short of 5-star luxury.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Nautilux, but it didn’t wow us. Beautiful architecture and rooms, but the experience felt more 3–4 star than 5-star luxury.
The seafront location is lovely, although Old Town is a 30–45-minute walk away. Electric scooters were handy for evenings out.
Breakfast was our biggest disappointment. Hot food was consistently cold, poached eggs had raw whites, there were no yoghurts, few dairy-free options and the same...
"Enjoyed this being all inclusive even though it is only the buffet meals without alternative options. The buffet menu did change a little for the 5 meals we had.
Weather was horrendous so unfortunately the stay was mostly indoors and inside the resort. Didn’t manage to use any of the outdoor pools or facilities. The hotel had a good gym for hotel standard which came in handy during poor weather.
Staff was friendly and our buggy driver was a chatty funny guy.
Free selection of beverages (non...
"Entry to the Hilton hotel was met with the customary sit down (welcome drinks, towels, a run through of the map and facilities of the hotel) which was nice
Reception staff was friendly as expected which is a requirement for front office staff. This was offset by a couple of pretty angry and rude buggy drivers. Nevertheless, doesn’t change our impression of the hotel too much.
The hotel had many pools which would have been great in peak summer with lots of"
"We have just returned from our sixth stay, and once again we had such a wonderful time.
From the delicious food and beautiful facilities to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our stay special. You can really feel that the entire team cares about making guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
The only thing that didn’t cooperate this time was the weather, but despite that, we had an excellent and relaxing time.
After visiting six times, I think that says...
"Emplacement merveilleux et un avis positif sur l'établissement.
A améliorer, manque d'animation en fin de soirée.
A revoir absolument ( music live) qui sont d'une autre époque
Dommage"
"BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER...
"Arco was the best place to stay for our last couple nights in Greece. The staff was very welcoming at arrival and the view would was absolutely breathtaking."
"Das hotel sehr modern und toll angelegt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer dadurch einen super Urlaub.
Ein kleiner Tipp-beim Abendessen war es unruhig, man fühlte man sich sehr gehetzt. Schade."
"Fantastic stay, Great location, highly recommend. Nice clean room with great sea views, staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good with so much choice. Good evening entertainment with live music good spa, had a relaxing massage. Two nice swimming pools and surrounding areas. Relaxing vibe would return to the hotel if visiting Crete again."
