"Overall, a Very Disappointing Stay — Definitely Not a 5-Star Experience! I honestly don’t understand how this hotel can be rated 5 stars. We stayed at several genuine 5-star hotels during our trip to Italy, and the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was night and day.
