"La playa no es buena, es bastante sucia. Puede que sea el entorno poco cuidado pero hace al lugar. El resort propiamente dicho tiene una muy buena oferta gastronomica y de bebidas y a diferencia de varios all inclusive, no hace distincion en la eleccion (todo absolutamente esta incluido). El servicio de la gente deja algo que desear. No se si es el lugar, la zona o el pais, pero no son muy amables ni serviciales, pareceria que trabajan a desgano y que no merecen estar en una posicion de...
"Clean room with fairly powerful hair dryer but is stuck in bathroom. Beds comfortable and air conditioned. Good size fridge and safe. Triple room didn't provide enough chairs on balcony or enough hangers in wardrobe when we were booked as a 3 occupancy, but on asking we were provided with extras at no cost or issue and promptly.
Swimming pools x 2 big, clean but very cold. fairly comfortable loungers with umbrellas and clean towels provided daily but pool doesn't open early enough in my opinion...
"The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well.
I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...
"Great stay, let down by the all-inclusive.
We had a pleasant stay. The resort is well maintained, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were generally friendly. Reception and the breakfast staff were polite but rarely went the extra mile. The Asian restaurant, room service and cleaning team, however, were all excellent.
Our main disappointment was the all-inclusive package. It didn’t cover the full range of food, and the better options came at an extra cost. For an all-inclusive resort,...
"Staffed welcomed us and explained the hotel amenities, then took us to our beautiful room. The hotel is close to all the action but down a quiet alley and you feel the difference. Had such a great time."
"The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The room and bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed at in a hotel and I’ve traveled all over the world. The breakfast and staff were fantastic and met our every need. The location couldn’t have been better, a quick 8 min walk to the harbor and many restaurants. Chania is a wonderful city and for my first time going to Crete, was overjoyed with my stay at Chania hotel .. big...
"Great breakfast. Amazing location and views. Staff at breakfast were extremely nice. Wonderful stay all around. Location is great for sights but hard with parking as no cars are allowed in the old city."
"The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very nice, great location, room was big and spacious.
Breakfast was very nice, food quality and variety were great.
I just did not like the pool and it does not look at all like the one in the photo!
I really think this photo should be removed.
I will go again, it was very nice stay."
"Hotel super , dank aan Martha, Kiki de kokkin, kiki en Mary van receptie en de poetsdames 🙏💐
Wat betreft expedia “never again” slechte service, je kan evengoed alles zelf boeken. Mijn laatste keer met expedia!!!
Neem zeker geen taxi bij hen , veel te duur. Boek je vlucht apart want je moet toch alles zelf regelen etc"
