Overall the hotel is very nice. but for that reason alone, I will never come there again, especially when it’s a vacation resort and I would like to use the facilities, especially the pool "

Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "
