"Location was close to the beach. Lots of walking, wear good shoes. There is a live bandstand on the beach near the hotel. Live acts are frequent but just missed one on the first night . did not hear the music. Great breakfast provided by hotel. Room was large."
"What a stunning place!
The spa itself is fantastic! I had such a lovely, relaxing time and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
Absolutely loved it. 10/10! I’ll definitely be back! ❤️"
"A lovely location on the seafront, we booked a seaview room, which overlooked the beach and you could see the pier. The room was very spacious and well furnished including a large bathroom. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The lift in the reception area is very vintage and a lovely experience when using it. We didn’t sample the breakfast menu, as we felt £20 per person for a 4 night stay worked out too expensive. It would be good to see alternative options for a smaller breakfast e.g....
"We just stayed the one night passing through and this was a very nice hotel.
We booked in for Sunday Lunch and this was on of the best I have ever had in my life.
The staff were very nice and high class, as was the venue.
We only stayed one night but would like to stay longer next time."
"Excellent facilities with everything you could need provided! Plenty of parking out front and a nice little lake on site. Overall Impressed with our stay and in a good location to explore further, 15 mins drive from Eastbourne and Seven Sisters !!
Would highly recommend especially for the price great value for money."
"Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5.
- Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable
- Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas
- Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning."
"8 day stay. Apartment very comfortable with all amenities. It was as described in photos. Local shops and pubs all good. For us an easy walk into the centre of Brighton along the sea front. Taxis very plentiful if you needed them. "
