"According to it’s service it should not have five stars; no room service after 11 p.m. though it should be 24 hrs. No one was answering in the reception, I was calling since 11:30. No drinking water in the room though there was a fridge in the room. And when I went to the reception and asked from where can I have water, he replied that everything is closed at 12 a.m. even the bar and gave me a bottle of water. All the restaurants are closed even before 11 p.m., we wanted to have dinner at...

"Fantastic resort and local amenities."

"Whilst room accommodation itself was decent, the private pool itself needed some attention, missing tiles, poor quality of finishing etc.. and so cold it was very uncomfortable to use, the main pool was the same extremely cold temperature, the sea was warmer. General upkeep of the surrounding areas to the rooms was poor with plates left outside with remnants of in-room dining for 24-48hours, and in many areas.

"Super clean and classy room with a balcony with views of the sea. Great for a morning coffee. The shared pool was nice touch but limited sun but main pool was amazing - best sun lounges ever. All the staff was super friendly and kind - even gave me a free birthday. Good food choices and bar to lounge - super quiet so not you if need vibes. Would go again. Highly recommend."

"Tout etait parfait"

"Great visit at Mitsis Selection Alila. I visited with Family and we had bad weather impact a part of the stay but the staff was very helpful when helping me replan and book alternatives. Would recommend."

"Fantastic hotel with superb staff! Excellent food choices in the buffet, street food and a la cartes. Lovely ambience in the hotel with a relaxed feel. Excellent bedroom with a lovely view, thoroughly recommend and we will be visiting again ! Great bars with excellent cocktails. Loads of people we spoke to were repeat visitors, including one couple who were there for their eighth time in four years…this says it all to be honest!"
