"They need to renovate all floors below floor 6. It is very deceiving especially if you have booked a sea view room and you are in a room below floor 6. All the rooms on these floors are very outdated! even the foyers on each floor. Both parts to the hotel from floor 1-6 and above are completely different. You go from old fashioned, dark and dingy, to light, modern, nice tech."

"Lovely hotel and staff were great. The hotel is super clean and bar/restaurants are well stocked. However I would recommend looking at this sister hotel next door if, like us, you are not traveling with kids as there are no child free areas and it did get quite loud. "There is some silly processes with this place that needs tweaking for example get shown to your room and have to wait for someone to take you. When that can take abit of time where all you wanna do is check in and go. Breakfast you have to be assigned a table can be slow and then wait for"
