"I really hate writing negative reviews but have the honest. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the evening staff was super friendly upon check in and there’s free parking. Other than that terrible experience - it’s old, rundown and unclean. There was a cockroach in my room (housekeeping came to deal with it but just took it and left without saying anything or checking the rest of the room). "There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors.
