"Enjoyable stay at what is perhaps best described as a fantastic restaurant with rooms. The restaurant overlooks the water and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However our room was landside, with only a view of Irsha Street. Although small, the room and facilities were excellent. Fresh milk in the fridge is always much appreciated by us tea drinkers."

"Wow! We liked everything about our stay. The directions were spot on (not always easy in the UK) and the on -site parking was an added bonus. The location is walking distance to The Valley of Rocks in Exmoor National Park, and to the super cute “Old Town” area of Lynton. Our room was spacious and stocked with everything we needed to feel like we were in a deluxe hotel. My husband was especially impressed by the complimentary cake. Superb breakfast, which is made to order with many options....

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, Stephen gave us a warm, incredibly friendly welcome and made us feel right at home immediately. We stayed in Room 3, which was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. "We had a brilliant stay here just after Christmas for 6 nights. The cottage was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed—it felt like a proper home away from home. The kids absolutely loved feeding the farm animals every morning (so did we!) it was such a fun way to start the day and definitely made the stay extra special. Carolyn and Carl were fantastic hosts—so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family...

The property was beautifully presented, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was surprisingly bigger than we expected too! It is located opposite a pub however we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was! If we ever visited Ilfracombe again we would stay here!"
