"Conference room in on floor 5 my room was below. When addressed noise level to staff, they brush me off and got off the phone in a hurry. I had to ask for compensation for being kept up until 10:30pm. I get in at 2am that morning.... I got a coffee as compensation of 5 hours of no sleep...not good."

"Great location to airport shuttle was very helpful"

"A great buffet breakfast and a huge gym. The room was a little on the small side but when you open the curtains to the view it felt more spacious :-)"

"Sorry, the place can do better with amenities appropriate for the price charged. The restaurant was spacious but the food available was average. Limited choice as well"

"We had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy and just what we needed, while the bathroom was a real highlight—super clean, new and featuring an awesome shower with great water pressure. Highly recommended!"

"Good value, spacious room, handy location, extremely nice and helpful staff - exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay in Auckland within our budget (which did not extend to luxury hotel with harbour view). Did not use restaurant/ breakfast facilities so can't comment. Made use of kettle, fridge, hairdryer and ironing board in room ! Thank you"

"Accessibility"

"The hotel is well staffed with a good location. We were impressed with the fitness room, which although small was well equipped and had good lighting."

"First extra charges were charged. I paid for breakfast on my booking and they said I did not. The room/hotel in general needs maintenance. Bedroom - stains on the rugs, ceiling paint was peeling off, bathroom sink was dirty. Staff was not helpful regarding the extra charges on breakfast, I paid again and when went down for breakfast the next day the staff said I did not pay. Very frustrating."

"Great room decor"

"This was a fairly corporate feeling suite. While there was a kitchen, with basic dishes, cutlery, cooking implements, there was nothing by way of basic pantry items. I was staying a few days and hoped to cook some of my meals, but not long enough to want to buy salt, pepper, oil - basics for cooking. So aside from warming up some leftovers, the kitchen was pretty useless to me. But the room was nice, the pool and gym were great, the location was good, and the staff were very nice and friendly...

"it was clean and good, staff was very helping i really liked the hotel"

"Location, clean and good breakfast."
