"Excellent location with Richmond park on your doorstep, lovely gardens and easy to walk or taxi into the centre of Richmond or Kew Gardens - a couple of lovely pubs nearby.Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and polite. Didn't have food, but had lovely cocktails at the bar"

The room was comfortable, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. We especially appreciated that they allowed us an early check-in, as we were coming from a very long flight and needed to rest before our flight the next day — that made a big difference for us.
