"Overall, I had a good stay. I understand the building is old, but there were things that are basic maintenance that needed to be done. Example, paint chipping off the doors and moulding, the ceiling above the shower was bubbling from the moisture, and there's no fan/vent in the bathroom. The heater did not work, it was blowing out cold air and actually dropped the temperature of the room, thankfully we had warmer weather. It was overall very clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean....

"the room wasn't very clean bathtub and toilet were pretty dirty. There was handprints on the glass window. Desk had some sort of build up. Carpet is VERY old and dirty it's even starting to tear up near the door. Not quite worth the price i think there are better options but great view, location, and staff! "

"This is an older property that is need of renovations. Breakfast was great as was the fitness center. What merits this low rating however is the fact that it was freezing and the hotel did not provide heat. As an older building, they only supply heat during certain times of the year. To me, that is not acceptable. I would never stay here again. I only stayed here because my reservation at a much nicer Hilton property was messed up and they were fully booked and recommended this property. I...

"Room was tiny. Food options were really poor and very expensive. Elevator upto front desk and to the rooms was hectic."

"The hotel offered a $20 drinks at the lounge but denounce the bartender refused to make drinks for Asian it's kind of racist and I just appointed I will never go back again and never if you are Asian not Mexican or Spanish"
