"Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hotel had suffered major flooding. Two of the three elevators were out of service, so we had to take the stairs up to the first floor. Upon arrival, we were given a room with three very small beds. After complaining, we were moved to the first floor, which was still undergoing repairs due to the flooding, with many workers in the hallways. Worst of all, the hotel had no central air conditioning for four of the five days of our stay, which prevented us from...

"We loved it. The view from the 30th floor is breathtaking. The personnel at the terrace was nice and accomodating. Roommwas clean and had full view to the beach. Location is prime. We were there the second time and, if we return to Rio, we will go again there"
