"Pool, hot tub,, we're great,, rest of the stuff,,, OK"

"Amenities were fantastic. However,I felt the beer/happy hour menu was less than stellar. $9.00/Carona,is no happy hour price. The TVs, we're old, not smart tvs, very surprising. The restaurant was not open for breakfast, and my wife sent the margarita back. Overall, for a resort of this stature,we were disappointed"

"Excellent bedding / quilts."

"Staff is helpless you ask them a question and give you the wrong answer."

"Amazing staff, nice room and view from the rooftop hot tub was amazing."

"Sandman Signature was always one of the top picks in the City. Location is very good, being downtown and close to the park. Unfortunately, the hotel is need of a major renovation. Rooms are starting to get run down and the beds are terrible. Until a reno happens, I will likely choose to stay elsewhere."

"Love our stay here!"

"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Prestige in Salmon Arm! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the food was excellent, and the amenities were fantastic. We had a beautiful lake-view room, which made our stay even more special. The entire experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for during our little getaway. You can tell the staff take pride in making their guests feel...

"Hot tub was good, beautiful spot on the lake"

"The rooms were noisy (street noise and other rooms). They have been updated, but still show the wear of older facilities (shower, toilet, older pool). The shower was very low pressure, the TV was not able to connect to streaming and their was fruit flies/gnats in the room"

"Nice hotel close to Kamloops."

"perfect location"

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Check in experience with the front desk staff was amazing, where things fall a little short is the room itself. I stayed in a king room. The bedding was lacking, a sheet, small duvet and a sheet over that. It was cold and not cozy. I suggest bring back a comforter. The room was quite spacious, however the bathroom sink is very small and there is very little to no, sound barrier to the hallway, even with the door closed, you could hear...
