"The room was dirty. It had coffee stains and splashes up the walls scuff marks on the walls. Pubic hair in the toilet area. The room was very basic and we joked about it being like a prison cell"

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic property that is not in alignment with the travel of the future. "
