"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard.

1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant.
2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...
