"There staff was not very helpful with my travel delays causing me to arrival late my room was giving away and no sympathy at all"

"It's a gorgeous hotel in the heart of Houston tucked away however, fun night club and great pool"

"The hotel is centrally located in a shopping district and steps from many restaurants and theater. It definitely suited for a family with young children with a small playground to release some energy. Another great part of this hotel since its next to parking structure for all the amenities, there are ample parkings on the second and third floor, extra savings for the goodies. The only lesser part taken of this hotel was its age has definitely showed throughout. Overall, we had a great stay."

"The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...

"Great stay! The only thing that I did not particularly enjoy was the first full night I was there, the power went out for an hour. I went out and noticed it was out in the entire hotel and tried calling the front desk and checked my email to see if maybe they sent a notification on when they expected it to turn back on. But I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone nor did we get any updates. Luckily, it was only an hour but it was a bit scary being there alone and not knowing when it would turn back...

"I was given an old room that had nasty stains in the sleep area and bathroom. The room should not be assigned to anyone until it's rectified. Also, the door to the room was extremely heavy. I closed the door and didn't realize the door was not fully closed, which scared me. I couldn't open the door upon entry because the door was extremely heavy. Overall staff were great!!! I did complain about the room and was given an option to move to another room."

"Great Stay"

"The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. My husband had a surgery at MDAnderaon nearby, so the location was great for me to go back and forth to the hospital and the hotel shuttle service was very convenient to get me to the hospital and back to the hotel. Front staff helped me with some changes to my reservation. Definitely will stay here for any medical needs in the future. "

"The room was OK but not great for the price. Extra daily “amenity” charges by the property were a surprise. We needed to leave a day early and the property wasn’t very helpful. They said I had to work with Expedia and Expedia said I had to work with the property to cancel the last day of my stay. In the end, it was too much hassle and I just paid the extra day. Not a great experience with either Expedia or the property."
