The room was nice, the price was steep and I only paid that amount because at the time of payment the site said it was going to get upgraded, upon arrival the front desk didn’t upgrade the room. They lied and said someone checked out late instead of telling the truth, which was they didn’t want to upgrade me because they sold the room at a higher price. I don’t like to be lied to so I will never use this site or a Westin hotel again.

I’ve stayed at the Westin Memorial City twice now, and each visit has been excellent. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are genuinely kind, professional, and always helpful. The location is perfect—attached to the Memorial City Mall with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment just steps away. The pool is a highlight: quiet, clean, and set on the rooftop with relaxing skyline views of the city. The beds and pillows are always plush and incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. It’s a wonderful place for both adults and kids to enjoy. My family loves staying here, and we’ll continue booking at the Westin Memorial City whenever we’re in Houston. Highly recommended!
