"Couldn't really fault this hotel, great location and walking distance to all areas we wanted to visit. The staff are exceptional and so helpful and friendly. Sadly at check in we weren't informed that the roof top restaurant/bar wasn't open on a Sunday and as we were only there 2 nights was a shame as we planned to visit on the Sunday evening. "Ein Hotel, das man buchen muss! Wir hatten ein Premium-Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Was wir bekamen, haute uns schier vom Hocker: Ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer in der 23. Etage des Turm 3 mit Blick auf das Ullevi-Stadion und kilometerweit von Norden bis Westen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es gab eine gutgefüllte Minibar, einen Heisswasserkocher und diverse Portionen von Kaffee, Tee. Zusätzlich fanden wir einen Eiswürfelbehälter vor, der in der 20. Etage vor den Aufzügen befüllt werden konnte....
