Perfection!

Such a beautiful hotel! Everything done to a perfection! We enjoyed our spacious room, the spa, the lounge bar drinks and the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had in a hotel! All the staff were also helpful and professional. Thank you!

First class, fairly new. Boat ride across to city centre but close to hotel. Airport bus stops within 5 minute walk. Nice size room and excellent breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was excellent, and the staff were superb. Fabulous inclusive breakfast buffet, too. The area is a little out of town, and local construction on a new tram means the neighbourhood is a bit of a mess. No fault of the hotel, obviously. I was attending a gig at Film Studios nearby, so it was very convenient for that.

The hotel reception, rooms and breakfast/restaurant area were superb. In the Spa, one sauna was out of order unfortunately. Also with the spa, it's not clear at first but the use of the Spa is not included, you must pay £15 per person, for 2 hours use. The location of the hotel is a quiet, fairly boring area, but you can get transport easily into a more enjoyable area. The hotel staff were not the most polite nor knowledgeable but they did ok. Despite some of the negatives, I would book again and I would recommend.

Fancy, without the service

Very nice and fresh newly-opened hotel with unmatched views. Unfortunately, the hotel relies on their fixtures and fittings to make up for their lack of service. Housekeeping didn’t clean properly, lots of visible dust on the floors throughout the room. No phone in the room, so communication with front desk was made unnecessarily difficult. Room Service was web-based, but alas their link was faulty - so no midnight snacks or breakfast in the room either. Staff were generally smiling but quite unhelpful.

Bättre och tydligare anvisningar för ankommande gäster med bil - större och tydligare skyltar med tydlig anvisning för parkering. Viktigt! Parkeringsgaraget för långt ifrån hotellet - och alldeles för dyrt! Bra frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rent. Lobbybaren bör vara bemannad längre och med bättre utbud av lätta maträtter. Rummet bra storlek men miss att vädringsfönster saknas. Återkommer gärna. Mvh

Zunächst wird um das Hotel gebaut, daher ist die Zufahrt/Einfahrt und das drumherum schwierig zu bewerten. Vom Bau habe ich im Hotel nichts mitbekommen. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Es gibt einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz etwa 100 m entfernt ( ca. 270 sek/24h). Unweit vommHotel gibt moderne Restaurants und Eriksberg ist nicht weit entfernt. Mit einer Fähre kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt. Wir waren per Fahrrad unterwegs, und waren in 10 Minuten auf den sehr guten Fahrradwegen im Zentrum. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, das gilt sowohl für den Empfang als auch für Servicekräfte. Unser Zimmer bot einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen von Göteborg. Wirklich toll. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bad war ebenso groß. Die Bettdecken und Kissen waren super, nirgendwo so gut geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Die gut gefüllte Minibar haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, große Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen, Warmen (Bacon, Eier, Bohnen usw.) und Joghurt mit Müsli usw. Sehr gut!

Ein wirklich gutes Hotel, wir bekamen für unseren 2-tägigen Aufenthalt noch ein Gratis-Upgrade. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, ein schönes Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Höhepunkt war das Frühstücksbuffet! Es blieb wirklich kaum ein Wunsch offen. Manko ist die Parkplatz-Situation, wie überall in Göteborg.
