"The hotel was super cute but the pool was even too cold for my kids to use. All of the cute outdoor areas and fire pits weren’t open. Even getting a glass of wine was a challenge at the resturant when we had dinner there one night and when I tried at 9:45 another evening. I am also still annoyed I was charged for an additional guest but their emails say no charge for kids. When I brought it up to them at check in they said that was on hotels.com. Hotels.com support had me going back and forth...

"I loved this place! It was clean and quiet, with great design taste that made you feel like you were living in the 1900s. Everything was beautiful and full of history. We stayed in the penthouse — it was spacious and stunning. The jacuzzi was amazing and made for such a relaxing experience. It’s also within walking distance to the Falls and Clifton Hill. I would definitely recommend staying here! "
