The employees useless not helping and dont know anything theu hear complaints and 0’act they dont even answer the room trlephone
First day we slept the degrees was 40 and our room AC wasnt working they got us fans
For more than 100 rooms there s only 1
Elevator operation - it takes you 1 hr to go up and down
I wldnt recomend to anyone

"Stay was short, late arrival and early departure. Signage was limited on how to get to the hotel from the arrival terminal. Information desk was gone for the day. Most disappointing is that the clerk that checked me in and out confirmed that the room was paid for and gave me a bill for city tax. However, the hotel charged ny account in addition to Expedia. Not sure if this was or was not intentional. Now I have to unwind this errant charge. A real pain."
"We stayed for one night as it was very convenient to the train station. Staff was super friendly and helpful. While rooms are tiñe they are very functional, clean and very comfortable bed. Would recommend and definitely stay here again."

"It was close to the Eiffel Tower which is was convenient for us. But the communication from the concierge desk is really poor. I wrote multiple times to arrange the airport pick up for my family and all they did is wrote they would get back to me several times. I ended up hiring a different company, but I had to spend time and do a research who to hire as I am not from France. "Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Close to two metro stations and within walking distance of some of the main attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful. The food, drinks and amenities were excellent. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. There are shops, cafés & restaurants close by so plenty of dining options available.
I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Paris. You won't be disappointed."
