If the apocalypse is coming, and Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel is the only place left standing—and you’re the last to find out—then yes, go ahead and check in.
Otherwise? Don’t.
This place is a masterclass in missed expectations:
I was harassed in bed at 12:30 AM over a dinner I had already asked to charge to my room—after 9 nights and €500+ in prior charges.
I reported a serious mold hazard in the bathroom due to faulty soap dispenser placement. Instead of fixing it, they recreated the same defect in a new room and re-rented my old room, uncorrected.
The "fitness center" is a 12kg dumbbell and some cardio relics in a basement closet. Calling it “athlete-ready” is performance art.
This hotel doesn’t fix problems—it conceals them. It doesn’t elevate guests—it wakes them up in a panic and ruins their night.
Accor, you should be ashamed. Roland-Garros, if you’re recommending this place to players or fans, do better. Paris deserves better. So do your guests.

Note, I gave them two stars because I had a pleasant experience with several staff members. The experiences noted above, especially the threat to come to my room at 12:30 am marred the entire experience.
