"Extremely beautiful old world style hotel. I love this hotel! And the room that you see in the brochure… is the one you get to stay in! Lovely breakfast, large windows , comfortable beds, nice quality linens, huge and wonderful bathrooms. But best of all great security, wonderfully helpful staff, and an excellent location.
My only hotel for Rome! "

"Hi there is totally no air conditioning and the room is hot and you know what when you open the window as there is restaurant around and all the greasy small will come in. Not to mention it’s so noisy there is no way to have a good night sleep. The room is dirty and the bathroom is mouldy. I cankor understand why it’s a 4 star hotel. Please do not book this hotel in anyway. I have taken pictures if there is anyway to post it "

"One of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and it was complimentary. Mini bar was also complimentary, and stocked with a couple beers, a small bottle of prosecco, and some house sodas. Spa was nice enough, and discounted entry for guests. No complaints at all"

"Wonderful hotel experience! Rooms are spacious and very clean! Staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite. The breakfast had a lot of options as well. Great location, overall great experience! Would stay here again."

"I expected a certain standard from a 4-star hotel, but this was a real disappointment.
The facilities are very old and worn out. The shower only has a flimsy curtain, so water goes everywhere and the bathroom floor floods after every use. The bedsheets were stained, and the duvet had no cover. The location also felt unsafe, especially at night-lots of homeless people around and it was quite noisy. Overall, not worth the price at all."

"Hotel was very clean and staff were top class. Hotel is situated in a good location close to Rome Termini rail station which is great for travelling to other destinations. Staff were polite and helpful . Would stay here again."

"Nicely designed hotel in a location outside of the central tourist area. Lots of nearby restaurants to dine in. Hotel lounge was cozy and comfortable for work or play. Special shout out to Michael at the front desk who assisted with the private transportation to the airport when there were numerous flight delays! Thank you!"
