"Had a great couple of days, staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was that a lot of the menu was not available. This was our second time there."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Property is very clean, amenities are fantastic. Staff are very helpful and more than accommodating. Breakfast is good and open later in the morning for those that want a sleep in. Shuttle buggy available 7 days from 9am - 6pm to take you to Seminyak Square and close surrounds. Will certainly stay here again."

"Really run down area. Not a nice building. A odd smell, unhelpful staff and long corridors. Dont reccomend."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful atmosphere to the amazing service. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made our experience even more special. The food was delicious, and we also enjoyed an incredible couples spa treatment. It was such a relaxing and memorable experience. We would 100% come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting! ❤️"
