The staff were lovely !! Very helpful and the overall villa and resort was clean and nice .. the breakfast was abit limited , very small selection for buffet probably best to get the menu which is a bit more in price.. and the main pool is nice and clean but quite small !! Also our room had a pool and it was very nice and clean also !! The double room with pool villa was really beautiful and had a lot of amenities and very spacious.. overall great stay

Everything at the Kayumas was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so attentive and always making sure you were looked after. The room was comfy and the private pool was a great reprieve after a long day of walking the streets. Great options for food, the breakfast smoothie bowl was so yummy. Definitely book in for a massage whilst you’re there, the spa was incredible. I did the traditional Balinese massage and the detoxifying body spa and they were absolute bliss! Location is perfect for walking distance to everything in Seminyak and only a short grab away from Canggu. We had the best time here, sad to say goodbye!

The Check in was a bit antiquated. But staff is patient and pleasant. The room is spacious and clean. Pillows are comfortable. Breakfast buffet was satisfying. You can order eggs a la carte. The private pool and community pool are refreshing. All staff is courteous and friendly. They smile through the language barrier. I really enjoyed my stay.

Honestly the two nights we spent at Kayumas was the highlight of our holiday. The room was fabulous and having our own private plunge pool was such a bonus. What an absolutely lovely hotel. The staff, service, amenities and the room condition was stunning. It’s off the Main Street so very peaceful but free shuttle bus to the main square. I walked to the beach in 5 minutes. Very handy location. I’ll be staying again.
