"A very nice older hotel with character. It is well maintained and very clean. We stayed in room 407 for three nights in September, used the AC the first night and it was fine but slept with the windows open the other two nights, not much noise at all. "terrible experience. Firstly we didn’t get robes and towels upon check in which meant we had to return for these from the red block to query about them. Apparently you need to ask for these! During check in, the woman was dealing with us at the same time as taking phone calls from quests and whilst this was great multitasking, it made check in less personal and may have been why she missed explaining things to us and providing us with a pool bag.
